Job Description

  • Oversee full-cycle ground-up clubhouse construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and on-site teams.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site staff and project teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on clubhouses, amenity centers, or hospitality projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering ground-up projects in Florida.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
