Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
  • Coordinate daily activities between field operations, project engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Lead project planning meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Review and approve contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety performance, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts proactively to minimize risk and delays.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and maintain satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during bid preparation and project handoff.
  • Support mentorship and development of project engineers and field staff to strengthen team performance.
