Their employee-focused culture fosters professional growth, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence in every project they undertake.Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts to ensure financial and operational goals are met.Coordinate daily activities between field operations, project engineers, subcontractors, and clients.Lead project planning meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.Review and approve contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety performance, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts proactively to minimize risk and delays.Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and maintain satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during bid preparation and project handoff.Support mentorship and development of project engineers and field staff to strengthen team performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
