Job Description

    • Manage ground‑up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
    • Drive budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and purchasing strategies
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery
    • Lead consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams through all phases of construction
    • Oversee contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
    • Coordinate with owners, lenders, and stakeholders to align on scope and execution
    • Deliver projects that meet quality, schedule, and financial targets
