Project Manager - Ground up Commerical Construction

• Manage all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes at all times.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
