Job Description

The Project Manager - Ground Up Construction - NH will:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee ground-up construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate clear communication among team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
