Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communications
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and design partners
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on all jobsites
  • Drive successful delivery of ground-up projects ranging from $2M-$100M+
  • Utilize Procore and other tools to track progress, manage documentation, and streamline workflows
  • Report directly to the Project Executive and provide regular updates on project status

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
  • Background in Hospitality, Retail, academic, Life Science or Commercial projects
  • Larger project experience ($30M+) preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
