Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communications
Lead project teams and coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and design partners
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on all jobsites
Drive successful delivery of ground-up projects ranging from $2M-$100M+
Utilize Procore and other tools to track progress, manage documentation, and streamline workflows
Report directly to the Project Executive and provide regular updates on project status

The Successful Applicant

At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
Background in Hospitality, Retail, academic, Life Science or Commercial projects
Larger project experience ($30M+) preferred
A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
