Project Manager - Ground-Up Construction

• Manage all phases of ground‑up commercial construction projects, from planning through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement logs, and subcontract scopes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure scope alignment and constructability.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive jobsite progress, solve field issues, and uphold safety standards.
• Oversee change orders, cost tracking, monthly pay apps, and project reporting.
• Lead OAC and project team meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Deliver a clean project closeout including punch lists, O&M manuals, training, and warranty coordination.
