Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Coordinate with the superintendent and other team members to maintain a one-project, one-superintendent ratio.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and decisions.
