Project Manager - Ground-Up Construction

• Lead and manage all phases of ground‑up retail projects ranging from $10M-$80M+
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and progress tracking
• Act as the primary client contact for national retail programs (Walmart, Sam's, BJ's, Home Depot, Lowe's)
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct regular site walks and manage field activities to ensure compliance with safety and QC standards
• Review and approve project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts, buyout, change orders, and documentation
• Lead OAC and internal project meetings
• Direct closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover packages, and warranty follow-through
