Project Manager - Ground up Hotel

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all project participants.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
