Project Manager - Ground Up Multifamily - Nat. Developer

• Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet milestones
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspectors, and trade partners
• Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards
