Project Manager - Ground Up Residential

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during project execution.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
