My client is a family owned and operated General Contractor, located in Southern New Hampshire. They have been in business for nearly 20 years, progressing with steady growth. Most of their projects are between $1M-$10M within the multifamily and general commercial market. They offer a family like culture and pride themselves on their quality of work.

Job Description

Assist all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
Assist in managing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Support the Project Manager in negotiating contracts and change orders.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Project Manager - Southern NH will have:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in construction management or a related role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
