Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Lexington

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates
• Conduct site visits and oversee quality control
• Manage documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
