Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and design teams
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards
  • Lead renovations, expansions, and interior fit‑outs in active medical facilities
  • Conduct OAC meetings and communicate with facility leadership
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement schedules
  • Support infection control, phasing, and patient‑occupied construction planning
