Job Description



  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout


  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met


  • Lead project meetings, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively


  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reports


  • Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards


  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration


  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure timely execution of contracts and deliverables

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction


  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish on time and within budget


  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and building codes


  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and MS Project


  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills


  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors


  • Strong financial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
