Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality control.
  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution while adhering to AHCA regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are met per OSHA and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
  • Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
