Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and documentation (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project)
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA protocols, and life safety standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships and project communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.

What's on Offer

  • 5-10 years of experience with a general contractor or construction manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or engineering is preferred
  • Strong financial management and scheduling expertise
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred
  • Knowledge of infection control planning and occupied facility work is a plus
