Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

• Manage full administrative, financial, contractual, and regulatory oversight across 3-6 active hospital renovation projects.
• Maintain program‑level budgeting, dashboards, forecasting, and executive‑level reporting.
• Oversee AHCA coordination, permitting, inspections, and compliance with Florida healthcare standards.
• Lead OAC meetings, coordinate with hospital leadership, and ensure minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support scheduling, phasing, long‑lead tracking, and quality control through project closeout.
