Job Description

  • 5+ years in Commercial Construction specializing in commercial construction including K-12 and Healthcare projects
  • Strong oral communication and written skills.
  • Ability to successful manage all aspects of commercial projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
  • Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • BS in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare construction or Industrial construction preferred
  • Additional, relevant project experience will be considered
  • Successful track record of running projects $10M and up
  • Strong Personal Drive to take on several challenges
  • Proficient in Procore or comparable software
