Job Description



  • Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.


  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.


  • Coordinate closely with field teams, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.


  • Ensure all work complies with AHCA regulations, safety standards, and healthcare-specific requirements.


  • Oversee procurement, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor performance.


  • Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.


  • Provide leadership to project engineers and assistant project managers.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects in Florida.


  • Strong understanding of AHCA guidelines, medical facility requirements, and specialized healthcare systems.


  • Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects from ground-up to completion.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems proactively.


  • Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
