Job Description

  • Lead healthcare construction and facility management projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including medical professionals, architects, and contractors, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and performance reports.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and integrate compliance into all project planning.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to meet the highest standards in healthcare environments.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related fields (PMP certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare-related projects, including new construction, renovations, or operational rollouts.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
