Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare Renovations - Winchester, VA will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to closeout
  • Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Enforcing safety and quality standards on site
  • Ensuring project compliance with contracts, codes, and regulations
  • Driving project progress and resolving on-site issues proactively
  • Leading project teams and promoting collaboration across disciplines

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Healthcare Renovations - Winchester, VA will have:
