They will possess a proven track record of leading large-scale projects valued at $25 million or more, demonstrating expertise in both new construction and renovations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using project management tools like Procore and P6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Additionally, they will exhibit a passion for their work, a competitive spirit, and a commitment to upholding the company's values of integrity and strong relationships.
