Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure that client requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
