Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage and communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identify and manage project risks proactively.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery.
