We are partnered with a high-end, luxury residential firm based in Seabrook, NH. The majority of their projects are located in North of Boston, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. This firm was founded over 25 years ago, and since has grown its presence in the market place by providing quality craftmanship, attention to detail, and exceeding expectations of clients.
They specialize in high-end, luxury new homes and renovations. Their projects range from $1.5M to $30M in value.
They pride themselves on family like culture and a hands on mentality. They are very team oriented and expect each employee to be a team player and want to learn and grow with the business.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager will be:

  • Professionally represent the company with subcontractors and clients.
  • Proactively solve problems with hands-on approach.
  • Leading the team in the planning, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.
  • Project Managers are involved with estimating duties, budgeting, and preconstruction.
  • Participating in subcontractor and owner meetings.
  • Understand and enforce company safety rules and procedures.
  • Maintaining records and logs.

The Successful Applicant

The person specification for this Project Manager will be:

  • Maintain an excellent level of attention to detail
  • Experience working on residential projects
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
  • Communication skills are essential as this is a client facing role
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and on budget
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and safety
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
