Acting as the client's advocate, you'll manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with institutional standards and goals. You will oversee design and construction teams, mitigate risks, and ensure project delivery meets quality expectations and compliance requirements.

Job Description



  • Manage all phases of higher education construction projects from planning to closeout.


  • Represent the owner in meetings, decisions, and communications with all stakeholders.


  • Coordinate design and construction teams to meet project goals and standards.


  • Track budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.


  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality expectations.
