We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee hotel construction projects for our client. This role requires strong leadership across planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, and stakeholder communication. Candidates must bring hands‑on estimating experience to support accurate cost forecasting and early‑stage project planning.

Job Description

    • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution
    • Oversee all phases of hotel construction from precon through closeout
    • Perform detailed estimating, cost planning, and value‑engineering activities
    • Manage subcontractors, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
    • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the jobsite
    • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
  • Proven estimating experience, ideally within hotels or similar projects
  • Strong understanding of ground‑up commercial construction processes
  • Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
