Job Description

  • Deliver projects on time, under budget, and profitably while meeting safety, quality, and EEO goals
  • Oversee pre-construction planning, including scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Manage project financials, including cost tracking, margin analysis, change orders, and invoicing
  • Develop and maintain schedules; monitor progress and resolve delays or conflicts
  • Ensure contract compliance; manage scope, risk, and claims with subcontractors and clients
  • Lead project teams; mentor staff, assign responsibilities, and foster collaboration
  • Enforce safety and quality standards; ensure regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive timely closeout and ensure full compensation for work performed
  • Support staff development and promote company values and goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or related experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, estimating, and scheduling
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
  • Strategic thinker with long-term planning skills
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and resolving complex issues
  • Strong customer focus and communication abilities
  • Proficient with construction-related software and technology
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to company values
