Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects - Greenville

The Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning through completion.
• Lead project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor buyout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
• Support project teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
