The firm specializes in delivering industrial, manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, cold storage, and commercial projects, often acting as a fully integrated partner from concept through completion.

Project Managers are trusted with full project ownership and supported by experienced in‑house teams across engineering, preconstruction, and field operations.

Job Description



Project Planning & Execution

  • Oversee projects from conceptual budgeting and preconstruction through closeout and turnover.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and reporting.
  • Coordinate subcontractor procurement, contract execution, and scope alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.



Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive‑level communications.
  • Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships and identify future project opportunities.



Cost, Risk & Quality Control

  • Manage change orders, pay applications, and project financials.
  • Identify risks related to design, constructability, scheduling, and cost.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and safety requirements.



Team Leadership

  • Coordinate with Superintendents to align schedules, manpower, and jobsite execution.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Promote a collaborative, solutions‑focused project environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-12+ years of project management experience in construction.
  • Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, food processing, or large commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with design‑build delivery methods and fast‑track schedules.
  • Proven ability to manage project financials, contracts, and client expectations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $120,000 - $155,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $700 - $1,100 per month
