It is a very entrepreneurial environment.Job DescriptionWork closely with the client from start to end of project.Ensure you understand whole project scope and vision of all projects.Prepare and submit project estimates to clients.Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.Hold meetings on-site with client, architect and construction crew.Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including all details such as permit submission and design evaluations.Review project proposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details such as time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
