About Our Client
Our client is a nationally established General Contractor and Construction Management firm based just 10 miles South of Boston. They specialize in industrial market which expands across warehousing, distribution, fulfillment centers, cold storage, food processing, and manufacturing throughout the Greater Boston Area. These projects typically range from $40M to $100M. Over their 50+ years in business, our client has established themselves as a leader in quality and professionalism, resulting in a 97% client retention rate and a majority of their work coming from repeat clients. With a solid pipeline of work ahead, they are ready to grow their team and presence in the Boston area by bringing on an experienced Project Manager to manage projects from concept through to completion.
Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
- Overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
- Creating and updating project budget
- Monitoring the project schedule to ensure project is completed on time
- Successfully seeing projects worth up to $50M from concept through to completion
- Reporting directly to the Project Executive

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in "Big Box" construction
- Experience managing the entire project life cycle
- Experience with Ground up construction, Occupied renovations of large distribution facilities
- A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A good understanding of the Boston area
