Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all project sites.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
