Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a critical role in both project delivery and future growth.

  • Deliver industrial and commercial interior fit‑out projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
  • Manage programs, budgets, subcontractors and client expectations across multiple live projects
  • Act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring a high‑quality, relationship‑led service
  • Support bid submissions and pre‑construction efforts, particularly within industrial interior opportunities
  • Leverage relationships with architects, engineers and design partners to help win new work
  • Work collaboratively with a close‑knit team of Project Managers and site teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks to program, cost or quality

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of industry experience within commercial construction or interiors
  • Proven industrial OR Class A interiors project experience (essential)
  • Experience delivering interiors projects valued at $1M+
  • Strong relationships within the architect, engineer and design community
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to support work‑winning efforts
  • Degree‑qualified candidates preferred, though not essential
  • Background with respected regional commercial or interiors contractors advantageous
