Job Description



  • Manage multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from preconstruction through closeout.


  • Collaborate with leadership to define division goals, workflows, and operational standards.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.


  • Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.


  • Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff as the division grows.


  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to NYC building codes.


  • Contribute to business development efforts and help secure repeat clients.

The Successful Applicant



  • You're a seasoned interiors PM with a strong track record in NYC commercial projects and a desire to take on a leadership role. You're strategic, organized, and comfortable building systems while managing active jobs. You thrive in environments where initiative is rewarded and collaboration is key.

    You'll stand out if you:


    • Have 7+ years of experience managing commercial interiors projects in NYC.


    • Are proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.


    • Are comfortable leading both field and office teams across multiple projects.


    • Have experience building or scaling a business unit or division.


    • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders.


    • Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to high standards of delivery.
