The business was founded by an industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience at major general contractors and comes from a family with more than 80 years of construction leadership in New Jersey.Job DescriptionManage full lifecycle of interior construction projects from pre‑construction through closeoutReview drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals for accuracy and scope alignmentDevelop schedules, procurement plans, and project documentationCoordinate with superintendents, foremen, field teams, and subcontractorsOversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability performanceConduct periodic site visits to ensure quality, progress, and safety compliancePrepare and manage RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and closeout documentationServe as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and design teamsMaintain strong relationships and ensure exceptional client experience across all phasesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
