Job Description



  • Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout


  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors


  • Ensure all work complies with district, state, and safety regulations


  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications


  • Lead project meetings and coordinate with field teams to maintain schedule and quality


  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction


  • Proven experience managing K-12 or public-sector school projects


  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and school district requirements


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


  • Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
