Job Description

  • Lead and manage K-12 construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts and reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams for successful execution.
