Our clients is a mid-sized general contractor in Orlando looking to bring on a Project Manager. They are committed to their legacy of excellent work in the general commercial space and have a healthy pipeline of work over the next two years.

Job Description

  • Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
  • Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
  • Process change orders
  • Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Implement quality assurance and quality control plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience working on schools or charter schools and general commercial projects
  • Tech savvy individual with Procore and MS office proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with projects from $5M-$10M
