Job Description

  • Manage all phases of K‑12 construction projects, from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and district stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and district requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive effective communication across all teams to support smooth project flow.

A successful Project Manager - K-12 should have:
