Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The role involves overseeing self-perform work in concrete, masonry, carpentry, and specialty trades.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
Coordinate with field staff and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with public sector or DGS-related projects.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience with self-perform trades and managing field operations.
Proficiency in construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
