Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Manage project budget and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in the Property and Construction industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and quality standards
