Job Description

  • Oversight of project operations
  • Managing budget, schedule, etc.
  • Managing field staff, project engineers, and admin teams
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals
  • Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction Projects should have:Strong experience and expertise in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
