With leadership from Turner Construction backgrounds and a "shoulder-to-shoulder" culture, this team values accountability, collaboration, and doing the job right.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Large-Scale K-12 Projects - DC will:Lead all phases of project delivery-from preconstruction through closeout.Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.Oversee subcontractor scopes, RFIs, submittals, and change order processes.Coordinate closely with field staff and self-perform crews to maintain quality, safety, and productivity.Collaborate with internal teams for procurement, cost tracking, and reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
