They are currently seeking a Project Manager to help lead their team.Please apply now for immediate consideration or reach out directly to Garrett Gale at 617-824-2652.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Leading Houston Commercial General Contractor will be responsible for:Review plans, specifications, and client requirementsInitiate RFIs to resolve issues in the field and plan discrepanciesProcess, review, and track submittalsReview design and shop drawings to evaluate the impact on the cost and schedulePrepare Subcontractor scope of work lettersInitiate change orders to the Owner and solicit bids from SubcontractorsPerform estimates and compile cost breakdowns for the client to reviewMaintain procurement, submittal, and RFI logsProvide schedule assistance and track daily productionCoordinate correspondence between the design and construction teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
