Job Description

  • Oversee healthcare and higher-education development projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with top-tier clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and performance management techniques
  • Lead teams through complex challenges and contribute to meaningful projects with community impact
  • Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of project management experience, with a focus on higher-education and healthcare developments
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with clients and contractors
  • A proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects
  • Experience working with mission-driven projects is highly desirable
