The company has been operating for over 30 years, completing both commercial projects including PEMB's, warehouses, and large-scale commercial developments. They specialize in ground up construction projects offering clients a comprehensive suite of construction services.

Job Description

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient execution of construction projects.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure all aspects of the project align with goals.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to maintain strong relationships.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenditures, manage financial reporting, and ensure projects are completed within the established budget.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
