Project Manager - Light Industrial Construction

• Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Handle contract negotiations and manage project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks effectively.
